KOTA KINABALU: The move to transfer some 1,000 Sri Tanjung squatters to Kampung Maang was the “best solution” due to the RM1.2bil Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) expansion works, according to the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam).
Commissioner Datuk Hamdan Adnan said Suhakam was agreeable to the relocation.
