KOTA BARU: The High Court has ordered a man accused of killing his grandmother two years ago to be detained at the Permai Hospital in Johor Baru until the Sultan of Kelantan grants his release.
Justice Muhamad Ideres Muhamad Rapee made the order yesterday after finding that the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case against Mat Zaki Ibrahim.
