PETALING JAYA: Two gangs, one wanted for stealing luxury cars and the other for robbing joggers, were crippled following the arrests of five men and a woman.
Members of both gangs were also wanted for armed robbery and snatch theft here and elsewhere in Klang Valley since January this year.
