PUTRAJAYA: Public interest in Metramac Corporation Sdn Bhd’s appeal against an order to pay RM65mil to construction company Fawziah Holdings is a compelling reason why the case should be heard in the Federal Court, a counsel submitted yesterday.
“Almost every day, the issue is discussed and debated in public and even over the Internet,” said Datuk Muhammad Shafee Abdullah.
