KUALA LUMPUR: Sessions Court judge Akhtar Tahir yesterday refused to allow a company director to be charged with money laundering involving RM10mil, saying the charges, as currently framed, were not specific enough.
The court had been scheduled to record charges against Datuk V. Alexander Chako Varghese, a property developer, on three counts of money laundering.
