IPOH: The civil court can decide if three Muslim siblings are the biological children of the late Safiah Hussin, who died in 1995 and left behind a piece of land that is now in dispute.
Making his judgment in chambers yesterday, Judicial Commissioner Mohd Azman Husin decided the case could be heard in both the civil and Syariah courts.
