GERIK: The Rakan COP programme should be used to stem immoral behaviour such as khalwat (close proximity) and corruption apart from reducing crime via tip-offs from the public.
Temengor State Assemblyman Datuk Hasbullah Osman said the Rakan COP centre could also be used to relay tip-offs to the relevant authorities involved in eradicating such acts.
