KOTA KINABALU: Sabahans are happy with the key thrust of the Ninth Malaysia Plan but feel there was a need for proper implementation for its success.
State leaders believe that the five-year plan unveiled by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi on Friday was in the right direction to spur the state’s all-round development though they feel that its success lies in the ground execution of the Plan.
