THE monorail network should make a complete loop linking the island and Seberang Prai that complements the second link so that these infrastructure could move both people and vehicles.
Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) northern branch chairman Datuk O.K. Lee said the monorail could be built alongside the second bridge that will link Batu Maung on the island to Batu Kawan in Seberang Prai under the 9th Malaysia Plan.
