KUALA LUMPUR: After nearly seven years, a former director-general of the Federal Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority (Felcra) was cleared of embezzlement charges.
Yesterday, Datuk Mustapha Juman, who was charged in December 1999 on three counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving RM40mil belonging to Felcra, was acquitted of all charges by a Sessions Court here.
