KUALA LUMPUR: Judges will not be able to carry out their duty without fear if they can be taken to court for alleged wrong finding or comment.
Bar Council chairman Yeo Yang Poh said if this were to happen, “the fabric of the independent exercise of judicial decision-making will wholly disintegrate.”
