PUTRAJAYA: Judges do not enjoy absolute judicial immunity on the bench, said Chief Justice Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim.
“Judges are not above the law. If you can prove mala fide (bad faith), you can still get to the judge,” he told lawyer Datuk Cecil Abraham who was representing former finance minister Tun Daim Zainuddin.
