KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia hopes to fully implement the Industrial Building Plan (IBS) by the year 2015, said Deputy Works Minister Datuk Mohd Zin Mohamed.
The plan was meant to reduce the dependency of the construction sector on foreign labour, and to refocus the industry towards automated production.
