IPOH: An undisclosed number of the 5,000 barrels and containers seized as evidence by the Department of Environment from a chemical product factory last year had been sold to a dealer, the Sessions Court heard.
DOE investigating officer Mior Issuddin Baharuddin confirmed that a contractor appointed by the department to transfer the chemicals from the site sold some of the barrels to a third party in Jalan Bendahara.
