KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has rejected an application by a service provider to cite several directors and officers of Telekom Malaysia Bhd and its subsidiary Mobikom Sdn Bhd for contempt of court.
Justice T. Selventhiranathan dismissed the application by Inmiss Communication Sdn Bhd because there was insufficient evidence to show that the officials had breached an undertaking given to the court in September.
