PENANG: The current hot spell experienced in the Klang Valley and northern region is expected to last until the middle of next month with occasional rainfall brought by strong winds.
S. Santhira Segaran, director of the Meteorological Office in Bayan Lepas, said yesterday that the current hot weather was the normal monsoon pattern at this time of the year.
