SEREMBAN: A 27-year-old mechanic who responded to a distress call was found dead, with a slash and stab wounds, in his car along the Mambau-Sendayan road early yesterday morning.
The mechanic was believed to have rushed to the site after receiving an anonymous call that a car had broken down along the stretch and that his service was needed.
