A 38-YEAR-OLD father had a shock of his life when his original marriage certificate, that he had submitted to an Education Department as a supporting document for his child's school enrolment, ended up in a trash dumping ground, reported Kosmo!
Kalam Pie, 38 from Sungai Besi said he was only aware of the incident after a Kosmo! reporter returned his certificate together with copies of other personal documents which the latter had found at the Danau Kota trash dumping site over the weekend.
