SEREMBAN: A rubber tapper who posed as a Customs officer and duped 31 people in several states into believing that he could provide seized mobile phones at lower prices was nabbed by police two days ago.
Acting State Commercial Crime chief Asst Supt Aibee Ab Ghani said the man, from Tampin, was nabbed after several reports were lodged against him.
