KUALA LUMPUR: Amri Abdullah was convicted of cheating and was to serve a total of 730 days in jail, but due to an administrative blunder he spent an extra 217 days in prison.
He is now suing the Government for more than RM33,000 for each hour of freedom lost and his total claim is for more than RM347mil.
