Kayveas to be subpoenaed to testify in graft trial

SHAH ALAM: Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk M. Kayveas will be subpoenaed to testify in the corruption trial of former Ampang Jaya municipal council enforcement chief Kapt (Rtd) Abdul Kudus Ahmad. 

Abdul Kudus’ lawyer M. Manoharan told the Sessions Court yesterday he had written to the court and the prosecution seeking a subpoena to be served on Kayveas.
