KUALA LUMPUR: Businessman Tan Sri Halim Saad said a Court of Appeal judges remarks that he and his business partner had siphoned RM32.5mil from a toll operator had affected his credibility and reputation.
He also denied that he and his former business partner Datuk Anuar Othman had siphoned the money.
