KUALA TERENGGANU: The High Court here has rejected an ex-parte leave application to cite two government officials for contempt of court over the destruction of structures at the Sky Kingdom commune.
Justice Datuk Ahmad Maarop, in his oral judgment, ruled that the applicant, Che Minah Remeli, had failed to prove a prima facie case.
