PETALING JAYA: The Health Ministry has banned local traditional medicine Orgacare Unik Plus-1 as it contains restricted chemical substances to treat impotency that can be harmful.

The product was deregistered after it was found to have been adulterated with tadalafil and sildenafil (viagra), drugs that can only be prescribed by doctors for men diagnosed with erectile dysfunction.
