PETALING JAYA: The 400,000 Malaysians who failed to meet the Dec 31 deadline to get free MyKad will now have to pay a fee of RM10.
A random survey by The Star shows that while many Malaysians think the amount is too low, there are others who argue that it is unfair to impose such a fee on the poor and disabled.
