KOTA BARU: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi was determined to visit flood victims in Kelantan despite his aircraft not being able to land due to bad weather.

At around 9.30am, the executive jet carrying Abdullah had to return to Subang Airport because strong winds and heavy rain prevented it from landing at Sultan Ismail Petra Airport in Pengkalan Chepa.
