Nicol gets cash and two apartments worth RM360,000

PENANG: Squash queen Nicol David has earned herself two medium-cost apartment units worth RM360,000 and RM30,000 in cash following her success at the World Open squash championship in Hong Kong last week. 

The 22-year-old world champion, who returned home to a rousing welcome here yesterday, will get a medium-cost apartment unit in Bukit Gambier, worth RM180,000, and RM30,000 in cash from the state government.
