PAY UP or we won't send your children to school – this is the message from the Federation of Malaysian Schoolbus Operators Association to parents who refuse to pay a sur-charge.
In an interview with China Press, federation president Chee Ah Tey said members would begin implementing the surcharge when schools reopen next year.
