KOTA KINABALU: Sabah needs at least another 8,000 hotel rooms in the next three years as the states tourism industry looks set to continue its bull run.
Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Chong Kah Kiat said the existing 12,000 hotel rooms would not be enough for the anticipated increase in the number of tourist arrivals to the state, which has been aggressively promoting eco-tourism.
