OPPOSITION leader Lim Kit Siang has tabled a motion to cut the salary of Higher Education Minister Datuk Dr Shafie Salleh by RM10 for what he called the crisis afflicting higher education in the country.
This is the second consecutive year that Lim had moved such a motion.
