PUTRAJAYA: Tan Sri Kasitah Gaddam and Sawit Kinabalu Bhd managing director Datuk Wasli Mohd Said will not be jointly tried in Kuala Lumpur as the Court of Appeal has dismissed the prosecution's appeal against the Kota Kinabalu High Court's decision to reject the transfer of Wasli's corruption trial to Kuala Lumpur.
