KUALA LUMPUR: The lawyer for Tee Yam @ Koo Tee Yam will file a contempt of court application against the police for re-arresting the businessman upon his release from a detention centre on Saturday.
Datuk Muhammad Shafee Abdullah said to have Tee re-arrested was disrespectful of the Federal Court's decision which had ordered for his release from the Simpang Renggam Detention Centre in Johor.
