SHAH ALAM: After five years of anguish, three former tuition teachers can heave a sigh of relief and celebrate Hari Raya with their loved ones after the High Court here freed them of drug trafficking yesterday.

Judicial Commissioner Zaharah Ibrahim acquitted and discharged Syed Ahmad Saifudin Syed Ali, 35; Mohamed Feroz Mohamed Istiak, 34, and Mohamed Naser Bella Mohamed Taib, 34, without calling for their defence after ruling that the prosecution had failed to make out a prima facie case against them.
