PJ folk to pay higher assessment

PETALING JAYA: Assessment rates are set to increase by 10% for all properties here except condominiums, apartments and low-cost flats from next year. 

Petaling Jaya Municipal Council (MPPJ) president Datuk Ahmad Termizi Puteh announced this when tabling the council’s 2006 budget yesterday.
