200 pray for Endon’s speedy recovery

RAWANG: More than 200 people, mostly students, gathered for special prayers for the speedy recovery of Datin Paduka Seri Endon Mahmood, wife of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, who is recuperating at the Putrajaya Hospital. 

Four religious leaders – Shri Krishnamurthy Kurukal of Shri Thurgai Amman Temple; Father Emmanuel Durai Raj from St Jude’s Catholic Church, Rawang; Venerable K. Vijitha Thera from the Buddhist Maha Vihara Temple in Brickfields and priest Surinder Singh from the Gurdwara Sahib in Rawang – led the prayers at MIC Hall in Kuala Garing yesterday.
