PENANG: Two youths have been arrested for throwing firecrackers at a 69-year-old grandmother in Island Glades off Jalan Mesjid Negri.
The old woman was following a chariot procession with about 150 other people at 11.30pm on Thursday when the firecrackers were thrown at her.
