JOHOR BARU: Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Abdul Ghani Othman openly ticked off the Johor Baru mayor and the city council on two matters brought to his attention yesterday.
Abdul Ghani, who had been away in Kuala Lumpur for a week, was clearly upset over the issue of a motorcyclist who died after a street lamp fell on him on Friday.
