MPs sniggered when a backbencher said most motorists would speed off when policemen jumped at them from behind trees as they would have thought they had seen a ghost.
Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing (BN – Bintulu), debating the Budget, said policemen could cause motorists to die of a heart attack if they appeared suddenly.
