LANGKAWI: The marine police have seized 620 cartons of cigarettes and four dozen liquor bottles, with unpaid excise duty amounting to RM35,000 at Kampung Teluk Kisap Kuah here.
Kedah/Perlis Marine Police Commanding Officer Supt Mohd Salleh Jani said four men aged between 30 and 45, including two foreigners, were detained.
