KUALA LUMPUR: Artists and Malaysians are fuming over the loss of millions of ringgit worth of paintings and works of art by leading national artists.
According to the Auditor-General's 2004 Report, from 2000 to November 2002, a total of 127 paintings could not be traced while 79 others were loaned out, destroyed, disposed of or lost.
