KUALA LUMPUR: No police bail will be granted to car thieves. They will be detained for 60 days under the Emergency Ordinance.
Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Musa Hassan said that detaining the “field workers” would enable police to go after the syndicate leaders.
