Kluang residents want government to solve water problem

JOHOR BARU: Falling water levels at the Sembrong Dam in Kluang has prompted residents to launch a petition urging action to resolve the water crisis. 

Mengkibol state assemblyman Gan Ping Sieu said water level had dropped to 6.2m, and this had prompted the Kluang MCA Youth and Kluang Tionghua Association to gather signatures urging the relevant authorities to prevent further water cuts.
