KUALA LUMPUR: The blackouts in various parts of the city yesterday were caused by a faulty transformer at a substation near Masjid India.
According to Tenaga Nasional Bhd media relations senior manager Syed Hidzam Osman, the blackout at 12.30pm affected the Jalan Maarof and Dataran Merdeka areas.
