Kadir appointed Federal Court judge

PUTRAJAYA: Court of Appeal judge Datuk Abdul Kadir Sulaiman was overwhelmed when he was informed last Friday that he has been appointed a Federal Court judge. 

“It is the biggest birthday present for me,” said Abdul Kadir, who will be 66 on Sept 29.
