BUTTERWORTH: Upset that nothing had been done to replace 80 dilapidated water tanks for five blocks of flats, a state assemblyman has forked out RM250,000 to replace them.
Arif Shah Omar Shah (BN – Seberang Jaya) said the 2,500 residents of the Hamna low- and medium-cost housing scheme had been putting up with low water pressure and occasional murky water for more than 10 years.
