KUALA LUMPUR: An investigating officer denied that he had wilfully allowed an important witness in the murder trial related to Chinese teenager Xu Jian Huang to be deported to China in order to prejudice the defence’s case.
Investigating officer Asst Supt Nor Omar Sapi, 30, disagreed with the suggestion that it was his negligence that caused Fang Shu Jing to be sent back to her country.
