KUALA LUMPUR: An Indonesian businessman has been sentenced to one year's jail for causing the issuance of Energro Berhad's prospectus that contained false information.
Wira Tjakrawinata, also known as Kenneth Chow, was also fined RM500,000 in default of one month's jail by a Sessions Court yesterday after admitting to committing the offence here on April 24 last year.
