KUALA LUMPUR: A couple who claimed they were just holding hands in KLCC Park but were charged with committing indecent behaviour are now bringing their case to the country's highest court.
High Court Judge Justice Abdull Hamid Embong yesterday allowed an application by university students Ooi Kean Thong, 24 and Siow Ai Wei, 23, to refer their case to the Federal Court.
