GRIK: Perak will halt all logging activities in the forest reserve here in stages once its tourism industry in Belum Valley is firmly established in a few years’ time.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Tajol Rosli Ghazali said the plan included ceasing fishing, hunting and commercial harvesting of forest products in the Belum forest area.
