Teng: No need for me to apologise

KLANG: Suspended state assemblyman Teng Chang Khim does not see the need for him to apologise to the House for throwing a copy of the assembly's Standing Orders into a waste paper basket. 

Insisting that Speaker Tan Sri Onn Ismail had wronged him first, the Sungai Pinang state assemblyman said: “Unless I am convinced that the whole episode was my fault, the question of apology does not arise.
